UPSC Recruitment Notice 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting Online Applications (ORA) for recruitment by selection for the post of Deputy Editor (Telugu), Head of Photography, Scientist ‘B’ ( toxicology), technical manager, driller in charge, deputy director of mine safety (mechanical), deputy executive engineer (electronics), system analyst, lecturer (general medicine), lecturer (general surgery) and senior lecturer (tuberculosis and respiratory diseases), against announcement number 05/2022. Eligibility Criteria for UPSC AEE, Officer, Scientist B and Other Position

Education Qualification:

  • Deputy Editor (Telugu) – Degree from a recognized university; (ii) Degree or diploma in library science from a recognized university or institution and approximately five years of practical experience as a manager in a reputable library. Proficiency in the Telugu language.
  • Head of Photography, Scientist ‘B’ (Toxicology) – Degree and two years of experience in various branches of photography, including press photography experience in a print or broadcast media organisation.
  • Science ‘B’ (Toxicology) – MSc in Chemistry/AIC by examination/Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Pharmacy/Forensic Science and (ii) BSc with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a university or university recognized institute. Three years of experience in analytical methods and research in the field of toxicology in any central government or state government organization or recognized research institute or forensic laboratory under central or state government.
  • Technical officer (public health engineering) – Degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering or public health engineering from a recognized university or institute or passed the examination of sections A and B of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering. Post-graduate degree in public health engineering or environmental engineering from a recognized university or institute
  • Driller-in-Charge – Degree in Drilling/Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering/Petroleum Engineering from a university recognized by Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government; (ii) One year of experience in the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs; OR (i) Degree in Drilling/Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Petroleum Engineering from a university recognized by Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Indian Council for Technical Education, Grants Commission academics, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government and five years of experience in the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs.
  • Deputy Director of Mine Safety (Mechanical) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution or successful completion of Section A and Section B of the Institution of Engineers Associate Membership Examination in Mechanical Engineering ( India) and 10 years of experience.
  • Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) – Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communications Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Two years of experience as a supervisor in the field of radio navigation aids
  • System Analyst – Masters in Computer Applications or M.Sc. Computer Science or M.Sc. Information Technology from a recognized university or institute; OR Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized university or institute. 3 years of experience.
  • Lecturer (General Medicine OR General Surgery OR Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases) – A basic college or equivalent qualification included in any of the schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a state medical register or Indian medical register. MD (Medicine or Tuberculosis) / MD (General Medicine or Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases) or MS (Surgery) / MS (General Surgery) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent. Three years of teaching experience.

  • Photographic agent, Scientist ‘B’ (Toxicology) – 30 years old
  • Scientist ‘B’ (Toxicology) – 35 years old
  • Technical Manager (Public Health Engineering) – 35 years old
  • Drilling supervisor – 30 years
  • Deputy Director of Mine Safety (Mechanical) – 40 years old
  • Deputy Executive Engineer (Electronics) – 35 years old
  • System analyst – 35 years old
  • Lecturer – 50 years old
