Because I loved so deeply, I will cry so deeply.
Loneliness and grief form mighty waves,
Immersing myself in an ocean of tears.
Unexpectedly, a memory whispers while sleeping.
Tender and warm; Comforting and expensive.
A smile appears. As time goes,
More thoughts bring stories of joy and laughter.
The very reason for our being
Let me cry. Let me smile.
Let me laugh with you again.
Because there will never be another you.
