NTA UGC NET National Scholarship Result 2022 (Download PDF): The NTA has declared the results of the National UGC NET Award 2022 on its official websiteugcnet.nta.nic.in. The UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 (merged cycles) was conducted by NTA in 3 phases spanning 18 days in 837 centers in 239 cities across the country. Phase I was conducted between 20and from 5 November 2021 to 5and December 2021, Phase II between 24and december to 27and December 2021 and Phase III on the 4thand January and 5and January 2022.

This time, more than 12.6 Lakh candidates registered for this exam and 6.7 Lakh candidates sat for the exam. 43730 qualified applicants for Assistant Professor only and 9127 qualified applicants for JRF and Assistant Professor.

UGC NET DEC 2020/JUN 2021: List of Qualified Candidates for the Award of “National Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students (NFSC)” (in order of application numbers)

The National Scholarship Scheme to provide scholarship to Scheduled Caste students was introduced in the financial year 2005-2006 to provide them with the opportunity to pursue higher education leading to Masters/PhD degrees in Science, Humanities, social sciences and engineering and technology streams.

The duration of the scholarship is five years. It begins on the date of declaration of the award of his scholarship or the date of admission to MPhil/Ph.D or the date of joining the MPhil/Ph.D, whichever is later. The scholarship holder is required to obtain admission and registration for a regular, full-time MPhil/Ph.D at a UGC-recognized university/institution/college at the first available opportunity, but no later than one year after the award of this scholarship.

UGC NET DEC 2020/JUN 2021: List of Qualified Candidates for the Award of “National Other Backward Class Scholarship (NFOBC)” (in order of application number)

Eligibility requirements are as per notification for UGC-NET and CSIR-UGC-NET exams. Other Backward Class Applicants (OBCs) qualified for the award of the NFOBC will be eligible to receive a scholarship subject to finding a placement in the university/ITIs/institutions. The validity period of the offer is 3 years from the date of issue of the JRF award letter. However, in the case of candidates who have already joined M/Phil. /PhD. the start date of the scholarship should be from the date of declaration of the results of the NFOBC or the date of their joining, whichever is later.

In accordance with the guidelines of this program, which are in the public domain on the UGC website www.ugc.ac.in, candidates belonging to the Muslim, Sikh, Zoroastrian (Parsi), Buddhist, Christian or Jain communities constitute the target group under this scheme.

The exam was conducted in Computer Based Testing (CBT) mode for 81 subjects (including multi-team exams for Political Science, Business, History, English and Education, carry-over papers from Odia, Telugu, Social Work and Labor Welfare due to Cyclone Jawad and reexamination of papers for candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Karnataka impacted due to issue technical).
