Becca was founded 20 years ago in 2001 in Perth, Australia, but has quickly grown into one of the world’s leading makeup brands. The luxury packaging and innovative, high-quality formulas have made the brand a must-have for beauty novices and professional makeup artists. His Brightening concealer under the eyes ($ 32) is a publisher favorite, but other top-selling products include the Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter ($ 38), First Light Primer Filter Instant complexion refresh ($ 39), and the 24 hour ultra coverage foundation ($ 44).
